Wordpress Custom Blog Theme

Hello Coders,

I am working with a client in MPLS and need a custom blog template to integrate into their website. The blog is already set up and working.

Their website is:

I will be managing and working on a new section of their site "Minnesota Attorney" which will feature a blog within that section.

Who ever takes this project will need to set up the blog on their on testing server, I rather not give out the ftp info. I have set up a basic look and feel to match the site here:

If you have never worked with wordpress this project might not be for you. Anyone taking this project will need to utilize basic seo principles (on page factors) and will need to ba ble to reach the deadline of 9 days (template or theme finished by next Wednesday).

Also plan on tweaking the template to suit my needs once the first version is done. I will not beat this to death as long as the template works properly and has the basic seo principles already in place.

1) Complete and fully-functional working custom wordpress blog theme (template) coded in php and using the latest wordpress version 2.02 I believe.
