I have a video section to my site, that i frequently add videos to.
I want a flash player designed to play these videos (videos are in all different formats, but if needed i can convert them all the flv format). There player design should look like the player on [url removed, login to view] and the players playback should be streaming. The files are available on the flash website if im not mistaken.
what I will need is a per-loading bar (the videos should be streaming, the loading bar should just show the progress till initial playing)..
-All clips should start with a full screen display of my logo.
-Then when playing the videos i will need a clickable pic of my logo displayed at the corner of the video through out the playing of the video.
- Then when the video has finished playing, it should stop and display and the contents of an ad code (ad code is in javascript, just a basic display of a clickable banner.)
I assume when you do this, you will be designing a player, and calling the video from their source.! This will be good as it makes things easy to manage, but i will require you to give me instructions as to how to add new video etc. Also note, I no not want users to be able to download the raw video files.
I would like them however to download an swf file that contains the video, my logo, and my ads.
Hence this project will require you to design a player to view the videos.. and a program that will allow users to click on a link that will combine the video's with the features of the player (my logo, ads etc) and let them download it on to their pc.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
