Advanced Wordpress Booking System Plugin

Our client requires an advanced booking system where customers can 1) have 3 pricing tiers / customer types 2) book accommodation (either house or camping (camping will be charged per person/ per night), facilities (meeting rooms etc) and activities (football etc.) - a range of dates will be selected - for those dates an accommodation type will be selected - we will then need to select what facilities and/ or activities will be required on what date (with in the dates originally selected for the accommodation) / time (morning / afternoon / evening) - at the end prices will be calculated and then it will display 25% of the total as the amount that is due as a "deposit" - no payment will be made online.

When bookings are made, they should be marked as a provisional booking, with all booking details being stored in the backend/wp-admin area for an administrator to assign relevant staff to each booking option (each accommodation / facility / activity booked will need a staff member assigned to it to supervise/ check in (staff members will need to contain name, phone number and email address - confirmation of the activities / times / dates will need to be emailed when assigned.) - also there will need to be an option for payment confirmation (no payment will be made online). The booking will only be made "complete" when the administrator marks the whole event as payment received.

When a booking is made an email conformation will need to be sent to the booker and the website administrator, 4 weeks after booking a reminder to make the remaining payment will be sent.

There will also need to be possible to ‘block’ an accommodation/ facility/ activity from being able to book (e.g. for maintenance, etc)

If an accommodation / facility / activity is booked at a particular time/ date - the same accommodation / facility / activity will no longer be available for future bookings.
