Convert Flat HTML to Magento Template

I currently have the full HTML/JS markup and images for the:
- Main Page
- Product Page
- Categories Page
and require a magento theme package to be created with this HTML converted over.
Not all the attributed that are meant to be dynamic in the HTML is required to be converted, but everything that is standard magento content is required to be implemented.
On successful completion of this job, I will then assess, if I would like more done afterwards, in which ill post another job, or speak with the lucky person who helps me out this time round.
