I need a shopping site using Zen-Cart, I believe this open-source software is a simple upload but although the template itself is good I need some design work and a logo designed. I also need the winning bidder to suggest a hosting service they KNOW works flawlessly with any other funky scripts that would add value to the sites.

The hosting package I buy must be ultra fast, have LOTS of room, (hardrive and and monthly bandwidth), as outside my own projects to be hosted - I am working on another idea that would see me host many others. I'm not really interested in making money from the hosting side, just delivering the end product with hosting. So a server that's grease lighting with plenty of space to accommodate a growing community of similar sites.
To give you an idea of the initial site I want, which will be a gadgets site, must be bright, funky but very easy to use

These are the two best I’ve seen;
the best value site for the icons, the navigation, main and sub , the sign in box, logo, use of good bright colours, their customised work on the tabs, headers and buttons. Plus their affiliate and partner programs. Good all round presentation gives it all the functionally but look different from the run of the mill ZenCart..
The template site for the use of tabs, the icons on the sub nav and the use of colour, (the red, white and blue) would go very well with a UK site!
The other I need is an antiques site, along the line of

## Deliverables
Although it must have a stronger, more quality look of a serious antiques site. All of the above are offered as guidelines, I would expect originality a good design skills and the ability for the chosen bidder to be to upload sites to the server. Expert with Linux, mySQL databases, with successful bidd er will have many ongoing projects on successful completion of this initial project.
I must be able to update all content (copy, or pics, or whatever I need to) whenever and wherever I am. On both sites I would want multiple pics for each item, say up to 4 (from thumbnails) to expandable.
They would need to be fully functional e-commerce sites integrated with a payment gateway like paypal, wordpay etc.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
