Application for mobile phones

I need an application developed in java for mobile phone as described below.

After the installation the software will ask username and password that will be saved locally.

After that the software will try to connect to internet and will send the username and password to a webservice.

The webservice will return the following data (example):

<results>

<username>abcdef</username>

<password>123456</password>

<addresses>

<location>webaddress1</location>

<location>webaddress2</location>

<location>webaddress3</location>

<location>webaddress4</location>

</addresses>

</results>

With the username and password returned from webservice the software will connect to <location>s found that will show a image.

In the software setting I'll be able to set:

1. image refresh after (n) seconds;

2. image rotation eg.(webaddress1 wait(n) seconds, webaddress2 wait(n) seconds and so on)
