I would like to have a Content Submiting site. People should be able to register, make a profile and should be submit "almost" anything. Example: Web Layouts, Graphics/Icons/WallPapers, Tutorials, Flash Files, Bookmarks, etc. User's profile should have a list of all the content they have submited on the site. While submiting any content, user should be require to add atleast 1 "tag" for that content, so when someone is browsing any content with same "tag", other content with similar or same tag can be listed under "related content" section. Each content should have a rating system and other users should be able to add comments. Site should have RSS feed. Users should be able to subsribe to any "tag(s)". So if someone adds any content on the site with a "tag" that the user has selected, he/she is notified by email. more information will be provided to the bidder on request. DO NOT BID: - if you have never worked with Content Management System type websites. - if you have never worked with Social Networking type websites and if you don't know how sites like MySpace, Friendster, Xanga, tagworld, flickr, createblog, etc work. It would be BEST if you have an account with all these sites (if not, then go create an account and browse around the site) because this way, you will be able to bring in new ideas to this project. I do not want a premade script for any social networking site (i know few, so don't try to sell them to me). I would like to build something from scratch and own the rights to that script. Be honest.
