FUT 12 Auto-Buyer

I require a fifa 12 ultimate team web app autobuyer.

It will need it to refresh every few seconds looking for players, contracts and tactics up for sale.

The app should be configurable to buy certain players, contracts and tactics below a set price

the app must be configurable to add new players to the database

It must be able to search for multiple player id's at the same time

It should work similar to the already available neopets shop autobuyer

The bot will search the "Development" section using the following section Filters (Gold, Contracts,Tactics)

It will then have a set price to look for Max Buy Now price. It will also contain the 2 different parameter types (Resource ID's) of contracts you can buy, for example A Normal Gold Contract is Rated 80 and a Rare Contract is Level 90, same for Tactics (if possible in this category i should choose de card ex. 4-3-3 or 4-1-2-1-2. As it refreshes every second it will also need to do the follow up actions within a second interval also in order to get there quicker than anyone else.
