Gallery Integration for a MAGENTO GO Shop

Hi,
I own a Magento GO shop ( because of being a Magento Go shop the coding/programming is limited to what Magento Lets us do , Be aware of this when bidding because it is quite different to a Magento Community shop ).
Said this , I want to integrate this Gallery "DRAGGABLE IMAGE BOXES GRID" , from a very nice tutorial_[url removed, login to view] , on my website. You won´t have to write any code or invent anything, all it is done there. You will just have to integrate the code and make it work on my magento go website.
1º Upload the JQuery file to the Theme ( I already know how to do this , 1 min ).
2º Copy the css code to the custom css of my website ( I already know how to do this , 1 min ).
3º Make a static block that uses the html code from the tutorial and make it work ( i do not know how to make the statick block working ). Must be that I do not know how to properly call the JQuery files.
So, to sum up, I want the Gallery from the Tutorial on my website. That is it.
