We need a Shopping cart created that will work similar to the Google Checkout Chopping Cart. The difference being that it must direct the payment to PayPal.
The most important aspect is that the cart needs to calculate actual shipping costs for UPS Ground. Any other carriers or rates is a plus.
We like how the Google cart puts the cart on the same screen and includes a thumbnail.
The code that will be on the catalog portion of the page should be similar to what Google Checkout or PayPal requires. Simple HTML tags with options such as pull downs, prices, weights and text fields.
We would also like to be able to offer coupons and discounts for packages deals.

I'm assuming that JavaScript will be the best choice as far as the language goes.
It is only the Shopping cart portion that you will be doing. You only need to supply me with the coding to make it work on the website. This should be similar to what PayPal or the Google Checkout cart(s) require.
UPS as well as FedEx and USPS have their rates available and they may even have an API that may be used.
Any suggestions you may have are welcome.
