We are looking for a Private Sale website for surf clothing, shoes, and accessories similar to JackThreads.com. We will need an exact replica of the Jackthreads (same features and technology) but with custom design to fit our brand. WE DO NOT want any design similarities between the two sites.
A private sale is a retail concept which is gaining popularity on Ecommerce platform. Here the access to sale is only through membership and non members can request for invitation. Once they join they start getting emails weekly or daily on highly discounted items sold through time bound sales. The sale gets over in 36 hrs or week time and then the next sale starts. Once a member the user can browse current sale as well as see the upcoming sales.
1) Front page member registration to view sale events. Facebook login allowed. Large image background that can easily be updated weekly.
2) We will need to setup sale events with specific start and end date and time. With ability to schedule sale events in advance to update automatically on that date. (prev. sales archive)
3) Invite a friend (twitter,facebook,email id , message, copy the link box) with rewards: receive $XX amount (after friend makes purchase) plugin.
5) Hover zoom effect and light box on click on pictures
6) My account – order history, invite friends, address book, billing profile, returns, credits
7) Sales ending countdown – Category will only be on sale for 24, 72hrs or one week.
8) Inventory – Item will display “almost sold out” or “sold out” as inventory depletes.
9) Highlight product savings – display savings percentage, retail price, our price.
10) sort by feature on lowest price or available now ( so the sold items will go to the bottom of the page)
11) Follow us on Twitter, Facebook links, email to a friend link
12) Reward Points System
13) Customer Store Credits
14) Gift Certificates/Cards(virtual)
12) All the features above must be integrated into the admin panel
13) Mass mail newsletter function
14) Customer CRM built into backend (customer service notes, etc)
