We have a PSD which we need to be coded in HTML with W3C browser compatiblity. It has three sections, About Us, Gallery, and Contact. The menu has two extra icons which send to Twitter's and Facebook's pages. Please note that the gallery should call external images located in a Flickr's user account from our client. We'd found a slider/Slideshow which can do this through javascript and a flickr plugin "GALLERIA". But we are open to any other solutions that would lead to the same quality and function. The "about us" only contains the Title and a parragraph. "Contact Us" should have a working form to send e-mails through the server.
The main theme of this is a large background photo with the menu. So we need compatibility of several screen sizes. This means changing sizes in a correct scale without distorting.
