This student grades simple php script is used by some Arabic schools to publish their student grades , it has flash front end and use csv file as database , the student enter his or her civil id number in the front end search box , press the result button and get his or her grades .
I need to convert the flash front end of the script from flash to HTML/CSS so I can have more control over the page look but have it do the same function that it do right now which is extracting the grades data from the csv file .
The script will used for Arabic schools so the encoding must be "UTF-8 without BOM" .
