Automated Site Builder Signup Script

I want Users visiting my site to receive a free website upon signup which walks them through a simple wizard and publishes their website online immediately.

The script should:

give them a choice of type of site, the 4 most popular for instance: blog, photo gallery, community, etc...,

create the webspace/account on my Linux server,

automatically install the site to web address [url removed, login to view],

and send the user a templated email telling them their site's been published and where they can go to view the site blah blah blah...

Basically the wizard should do what fantastico script installer does, but there should be drastically less options (no more than 4 types of sites), and key data will be requested to customize the site immediately so that it's ready to be viewed online without any further tweaking upon completion of the dummy proof wizard. Another good example is [url removed, login to view]

(please ignore my budget price and just bid, i just chose a budget because i have to...)
