Modification in interspire email marketer

i want to do modification in interspire email marketer..

please find list of below modification..

1. i want to create user with subcriber based limits..

2. i want user not able to put from email id in software any ware, while creating contact list, or while sending an email campaign..from email id should not be visible to him anyware..he should not able to know from which id his emails are going out
