1895 Real estate site script

I need to have a php programmer write a script. I already have a web designer so just scripting is needed. I am developing developing a site from which the realtor can enter information related to a property broken up as single family, multi unit and land - the realtor can enter a picture for each as well. From here we will have 3 pages where the information will be displayed. Single family list price address,city,state,zip lot dimensions taxes total rooms bed rooms total baths basement attic garage exterior remarks (160 characters) multi units list price address,city,state,zip lot dimensions taxes total units total rooms total bed rooms total baths rents basement attic garage exterior remarks (160 characters) land list price address,city,state,zip lot dimensions taxes zoning remarks (160 characters) We also need a section on if the specific property has an open house, then it will be displayed on a page called open house. It will have the date and time of the open house. What I thought we could do is to have a checkbox when they fill out the property if there is an open house from which the information can be entered.
