WordPress Fund Raising website - modifications ( Professionals only )

2. Combine the quick membership with the full AI questionnaire from ZTF website.

3. Add member-chosen password

4. Recognize the member immediately with welcome email, and a "welcome, FIRST NAME" somewhere on the page, and plant ZTF cookie on his browser

5. Until someone is a member they only get to see the website and the one-pagers on the public website of companies currently being funded.

6. Once someone become a member, when they log on again, can we recognize ZTF cookie, say hi, FIRST NAME, PLEASE INPUT YOUR Password

7. Once password is verified, then member has full access to member-only site

8. For each company currently being funded we need a file, easily added to by sunrise and ZTF: 1 pager, video, slides, biz plan, private placement memorandum, and as much other due diligence material as we wish to share with members. They can both read and download this info

9. We need an I wish to invest section:

[url removed, login to view] upload to our Sunrise site via scan, or email, as well as fax

10. I want to track and have a report by investor: how many minutes they spend on each section of the member only site to determine which documents they looked at, and for how long.

11. my account section: we should have a Sunrise generated spreadsheet by member number showing how much they invested in each company and how many shares they bought at what price and on what date., as well as totals. Sunrise should be able to update the current price per share for each company, so when there are up-rounds, or companies go bust, we can update their account. One price per share per company update should automatically update all member accounts that are relevant. There should also be a summary section aggregating al their investments.

[url removed, login to view] in nyc and in israel via google docs or similar need to be able to upload all the background material for each company, as well as adjust the price per share for companies already funded.

[url removed, login to view] we need to have a post-funding section, that all members can visit to see press releases, news articles and other info we upload regarding each funded company. again sunrise and ztf should be able to easily upload this info

[url removed, login to view] need to be able to send blast emails to all members 1> all members 2. ONLY THOSE MEMBERS WHO CLICKED ON A COMPANY TO BE FUNDED 3. only those investors who actually invested in a particular company.
