Hello - I have a website that is a free host running on of xpanel. The site currently is hosted on a Plesk server. Because I am not going to keep this server, I must make a complete backup of the site and then move it to a cpanel server. I need the entire site and database backed up and provided to me, and the site and database, including script, 100% working on the cpanel server that I am renting. The new cpanel server is a resellers server and although I can have root items done for me, I do not have root access to the server directly. I do have root access to the current plesk server though, which should help make the backup as easy as possible for the person chosen in this project. Little more info: The free host as around 30,000 free users in the database and I need to make sure the back up is good and 100% there. I also need to make sure that the site once moved keeps the same form and url structure and is 100% working. Most of the free users do not have much in their free hosting accounts, so the backup of the users and files should not be extremely large even though there are so many users. I will not give out the url unless it is requested (for obvious reasons) but am open to answering questions via PM. Please give me the cost to do the full backup and move of the site from plesk to cpanel and a time frame you can have it done (I need to know how much down time there will be on the site).
