HTML page redirect based on parameters ARTIST ALBUM SONG

I need code that will run on a web page server, that will redirect a web browser to another web page based on parameters.

The parameters will be "artist" "album" "song"

Its possible "album" and "song" will be empty, and thus you only have artist.

Artist can be not specific enough, as there can be multiple artists/groups with the same name.

If you have suggestions on how to resolve that, that is a plus.

Simplest being would be to redirect to an artist web site.

Second being if there was specific album information, go to web site for that particular album

Initial test will need to be configurable to run on [login to view URL] such as redirect to:

http://www.last.fm/music/Depeche+Mode

http://www.last.fm/music/Depeche+Mode/Violator

and must work with unicode artist & album names.

I'd prefer to go to other sites other than [login to view URL], if you have 1 or 2 alternates and would randomly go to other site that is preferable.

Optional (specify in proposal if you shall accomplish)

If "song" is specified, find a web site that best represents the song.

such as

[login to view URL]

More ideas, of web sites that can be referenced, potentially ways of verifying the web site is relevant,

such as for

Artist: 2Pac

Song: Changes

[login to view URL]
