I need a Free Open Source software shopping cart modified to have a super administrator (me) to manage all of the other accounts that sign up for the site and collect a price or percentage per transaction of sub accounts (who can sign up and sell things for free). The sub sites that people create can be branded with their own domain like ([url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] allows) and that process will be automated. I also need it installed under my domain. I'll also need a logo designed for it. You may propose to me which open source shopping cart to modify with these features is best and tell me why in your proposal.
