I am the team manager of the project called [url removed, login to view] is a browser-based online game, that will be coded in php and [url removed, login to view] currently have 2 newbie coders, who know only the languages and have little experience in the coding area.
We need a coder with average or above experience on browser game programming, or at least with experience in similar [url removed, login to view] task will be more as a supervisor and "mentor" to the 2 newbie [url removed, login to view] will do also a part of the coding where complicated scripts are needed, but iin overall he will do the "logical" processes of the game, the the mechanics of the game in [url removed, login to view] pseudocode will be then processed by the 2 newbie coders.
The game is made up by 4 factions, each having their own ships, defenses, but similar buildings and also similar [url removed, login to view] purpose is to colonise as much planets as possible and be the best player, having the largest ships, the most resources and best defenses from the game.
## Deliverables
The programmer, as we call it "supervisor", will receive 10% of all the game income, for an entire year ( counting from the launch day).
Also we intend that the programmer to join our team and work in the future on this project, on various expansions packs, [url removed, login to view] this scenario he will receive membership in our team and 15% from all the game incomes, for life or as long as the project will be online, on the server.
The domain is already bought [url removed, login to view] , around 30% of all the graphics are finished and can be shown if the programmer will want to get much more involved in the project.
