Converting pages to php from htm

My site is becoming to large with html and is hard to manage. I need to convert it to php but still have the same extensions .htm so the search engine rating doesnt fall off. Also i need all the pages once this is done to have a main template, but allow seprate templates in seprate folders.

So i need to be able to control templated from one file

EX: header, sides, footer

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
