Create a Survey applicaiton using Ruby on Rails

Here's what this project involves:

1. Start with the 'Create Multistep Wizards' sample application in the attached PDF as the base for the survey application (I can provide the source code as well)

2. Enhance the application so the survey has the following sections:

* Section 1: static page

* Section 2: static page

* Section 3: Display 36 sentences. User will answer up to three questions related to each of those 36 sentences. Each user will get a different random order of sentences.

* Section 4: Display same 36 sentences. Users will answer up to two new questions related to each. Order should be same for each user as it was in Section 3.

* Section 5: Fifty six multiple choice questions. Randomized.

* Section 6: Eight groups of questions. If user response to question 1a with "Yes," continue to questions 1b, 1c, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1g. But if user responds to question 1a with a "No," then skip to question 2a. Continue this pattern through question group 8. Responses will include radio buttons, short fill in the blank (text and numeric). Randomization is not needed here.

* Section 7: About twenty five questions of different types. Randomization is not needed here.

* Section 8: static page
