Flash - Load images on the fly

I need a flash template to be modified, so images are dynamically loaded on the fly rather than embedded into the flash file. The flash template is here:

Winning bidder will receive the fla file so that they may make the required changes. The flash file should read a php file to determine the pictures to be loaded into the 'portfolio' section of the website and should be able to handle any amount of photos. Both the thumbnail and the full image will be in the php file. The php file should be loaded during the 'loading' screen of the flash template, so that once the template is finished loading the images are all ready to be displayed.

I mistakenly wrote that I would supply the swf file. In actuality I will be supplying the fla file as I have purchased this template.
