PHP and MySQL script needed

I will provide exact details in a word document, but here is a summary:

I need a simple PHP webpage + a MySQL database.? We have about 100 excel lists that need to be imported into a MySQL database.? (each excel document has 3-4? of the same fields)? We will need a PHP script to connect to the MySQL database to run a few simple queries.? Also, I would like a php login script before gaining access to the query page.?
