This project is just for consultation.
I need to find good, easy and free software available, to design banners. Animated banners, flash banners etc.
This is a good project if you want an easy review, not to earn money because your bid should be only 5 usd.
Send me a link to the software and in case I like the software I will choose your bid, and send you a good review, and also pay you the 5 usd.
If the software is not free but you have a license code for it, that is ok too.
Basically any software that allows to create great banners easily is what I am looking for.
