Basically a clone of [url removed, login to view] but with changes. I will explain all the changes and important parts of the forum to be included below.
In your response indicate your price, deliverey time, experence with vBulletin, Project Manager and graphic design.
1. I will buy the vBulletin Forum Script for you and access to Project Manager. So if there are ready made mods you can use it. A lot of the mods I speak about below can be gotten from vbulletin.org. This will save you lots of work. But I am just listing it for you.
2. Forum Index will be like: [url removed, login to view] But with different Menus.

4. This mod is always the 2nd post in a thread. It is auto added to all threads. Anyone can edit the post. I should have admin access to put restrictions on who can edit the post however. Like say I only want members who have Rep above 30 and more than 50 posts to have access to edit this feature. Partial script that may help you with permissions - [url removed, login to view]
5. Add Member Rep Feature. Where members can rep other members for a post they like. A member can only rep another member if they have gotten 3 or more rep points themselves. Look at any member - [url removed, login to view];t=734150 – I am sure there are tons of mods for this. They are called CP I think.
6. Video Link Mod – Where if a member posts a link say from [url removed, login to view] it will automatically embed the video into the post. This mod is already created on [url removed, login to view], you will only need to install it. – Look at PassivVid Mod. I like it. Let me know if you do not. Its on [url removed, login to view] … Not sure if this mod already does this. But I want it to fetch video title and tags from the site it gets the video from. Both should be editable.
7. Have google Ads integrated into the site like [url removed, login to view] on the top and in between first and second post with simple interface.

Simple Mod - [url removed, login to view];page=3 It does most of what we want. Only it does not support rotation which we need.
8. To allow admin to add Google ads that will be display on top of the PM message that is sent in the forum.
9. To send a PM to each new members join with welcome message and the ads.
10. Create Custom Skin to match site design, Logo, Site Front
11. Create a member page. That shows all their viewed videos title, recently viewed, top rated shows.
Facebook and Myspace Application. That displays part or all of this info.
