OScommerce cart modification, installation, and merging with a custom template

I already have a pre-made template, i need someone to modify and install the oscommerce script and merge it with the template.
basically i need it the functions to be exactly like this

but in php instead of ASP. also, please look at [url removed, login to view] carefully, especially the navigation system, need to be exactly the same as it.
extensive knowledge in PHP and mysql required, also shopping cart experiences is a must.
