I need a custom review site. I will need custom admin panel in php with modifications that go with front end design. Front end will require flash integration, heavy duty search modificatons such as detailed categories, dropdown autocomplete etc. User Management is required by admin. Account Creation with customization is needed. Knowledge in aggregation of data is needed

Turn around time is 2-4 weeks. Need someone who can work quick and be flexible to changes.
