We would need to launch an E-Commerce website, complying with W3C standard, strong SEO organization, semantic coding and using a very flexible E-Commerce CMS. We currently have a website using OS Commerce, so we would like to move our current products from current OS Commerce database to the new system. We will provide new design for this website. We have very strict functionnal requirements, so the proposed solution should be flexible and abiding by ALL THE POINTS MENTIONED in this features list. If the proposed CMS does not contains all these points, you need to make sure that you will be able to developp them within this solution. We will be providing the graphic design and the functional specifications of the FRONT OFFICE. As we are aware that this project requires a lot of functionalities, we need to launch the website in 2 STAGES : 1. First launching with the essential / basic functionalities. 2. Second launching with the most elaborated functionalities, that are not available as default in standard CMS. Rules for completing the bid: > Mark 'X' the column "Stage 1" when you think this is achievable in first development stage. > Mark 'X' the column "Stage 2" when you think this feature needs to be developped in second development stage" > Replace CMS 1, CMS 2, CMS 3, CMS 4… by names of CMS that you would recommend. > For each feature, Mark 'X' the CMSs that are providing this feature You have to mention at least 2 CMSs, but the more the better. Your bid must contain separated TIMEFRAME + PRICING for each stage ( STAGE 1 and STAGE 2 ). ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
