We have Openbravo (OB) and Magento running on the same Amazon Ubuntu web server. I need A COMPANY that has JSON REST Web Services API, JAVA and PHP experience in order to synchronize retail activity between these two systems. I have laid out all of the project requirements within the attached document, please read the entire document and do a proper quote on this for me.

I have adjusted how these two plugins will operate. I have moved all of the major coding into the openbravo plugin. This project should be about 80% JAVA and 20% PHP. Please explain how much openbravo experience that you have and explain how you intend to do the PHP work as well as the JAVA.
