Phase I - Initially, I am looking for someone who can develop a simple piece of web based software that is user friendly for the general public. Later I will need another individual for interface design and project management. I need a workable scaled down prototype in 8-12 weeks with product upgrades and additional services to be developed over the course of the next year. Not wordpress.
The software will enable each "user" to create and send multiple, unique, invoices to different addresses. The site will be self help and finance related. The creation and distribution of invoices once entered will be reoccurring and automatic so that the user only enters the debtor once. Similar to a utility or cell phone bill. The user needs to be able to establish frequency of reminders (every month, every two weeks, yearly) and whether the bill will be via email, text, or paper mail. There will be an online payment option. I may or may not link the software to a website. The user signs up and I will be responsible for getting the reminder/bill/text/email out. I will need software that can in bulk and timely get out emails, texts, and mail as dictated by subscriber. Needs to easily, plug and play, be able for me to print up letters and invoices via a standard printer or local print shop. I can easily plug it into any website.
Phase II - redesign; needs to be extremely simple, user friendly, attractive, and not intimidating. Very inviting to the most computer illiterate individual. Pretty, colorful, few words, point and click come to mind.
Phase III - I need to have access to recipients mailing list and be able to mass produce a letter or info; that goes out with each bill created by the subscriber. So that when the bill is received by the debtor they receive something helpful (newletter, coupon, website address, reminders, etc).
Phase IV - ongoing upgrades, additional services, and maintenance.
