Proffesiolize pennyauction script

WE got penny auction website which not work the way i want.

Like in admin you can give in a reserve amount for the product, but nothing happens if time is closed with that

In the script is also option for auto bidders in, but its really ridiculous, i had product worth of 5 Euro which was sold to an auto bidder for 100 Euro.

these things i hate, because i want to sell products, and of course make same profits with the site, but i got the idea i am cheating my customers, so i want it fixed, or perhaps I am wrong in my settings, so wse need somebody who has work with penny auction before

We sell bid points for 45 cents

So we need help to set it up all properly.

also want all our winners to be sent to the facebook page we got.

like xx just won a xxx fot just xxx instead of sale price of ..(In my language)

same to twitter

I think the previous programmer was almost finished with that, but all of a sudden he stopped, and i had to repost the project.

Please respect my budget, got more projects like this , and also similar website with another designer which needs same fix or enhancing
