I require:
1 |A DLL built under VB6 (not .NET) to provide a toolkit of routines for creating and populating Acess databases.
2 Thne DLL should inclkude routines that wil extract the specification of the DB from an Excel workboiok ([url removed, login to view] is attached as an example) and show:
The root folder wherew thew database is to reside
The name of the database
A ist of tables the databse is to contain
A list of fields which each table is to contain
3 A test program that calls the DLL routine to create the database to the pecification held in [url removed, login to view]
4 A routine that will creatre an XML representation of the databse definition.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
