We require a Table53B & Table54B which has the following data which consists of the 15" C quantity for the given

Observed Temperature and

Observed Density.

Once product Observed Temperature and

Observed Density is given it has to produce

the 15" C Quantity.

For example:

Diesel is the Product.

While Loading on to Truck or Wagon.

Diesels Observed Temperature say : 27.50

Diesels Observed Density say : 0.7515

By using the above data as input we have to refer the

Table 53B and it will give output has --->>> 0.7625.

Tank Temperature : 30.00

Take the 0.7625 output of 53B Table.

Tank Temperature : 30

Result from Table 53B : 0.7625

Using Table 54B input as above 2 parameters.

Output will be as -->> 0.9824

## Deliverables

API/DLL, User Defined Functions (coding alone), which can

be created newly under Microsoft Visual Basic 6 as Front End.

Back End as Microsoft Access 2000.

1st which will accepts 2 parameters as the input and

which will go and search the ASTM Table 53B. 1 return value

must be given.

2nd which will also accepts 2 parameters as the input

and will go and search the ASTM Table 54B, 1 return value

must be given.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
