Email signature and site buttons with Facebook & Twitter (2)

Hi there,
There are 2 components to this project.
1> We would like to have an email signature created for MS Outlook and Apple Mail (default email application for Apple computers).
The signature needs to have our logo, a Facebook Like button, a Twitter Follow Us button, a LInkedIn button and the usual contact details. We will email you a sample of what we think the email signature can look like.
2> We would like to add Facebook Recommend and Twitter Follow Us buttons to our website.

The buttons need to be shown on every page of our site. The location of those buttons should be below the main black menu bar on the right hand side of the screen. There should also be a Facebook button next to those buttons, showing how may people recommend us. Just like it is on www.mobicity.com.au. It's just that they have the Facebook button in the footer of each page. We would like our buttons to be at the top of each page below the black menu bar.
