Joomla Expert Needed To Reinstall Template & Clean Up Site

Hi

I need an expert in specifically Joomla and flash to complete a simple project, I have a Joomla 1.6 live streaming media based site that is currently functioning I wanted to add a new template into it called Blogmonster (Please see link below)

My site was fully functional and I thought the easiest way to add the template would be install it into the current site, I hired a developer who chose however to rebuild the site from scratch around the template rather than just adding it to the site.

I now have 2 different websites one working on Joomla 1.6 but without the template and the other that is the template half finished with a plugin and graphics running on Joomla 1.5.

It is as simple as this, I need an EXPERT in Joomla who has excellent attention to detail to upload the template correctly into the working website along with the graphics and some other plugins from the other site, or alternatively clean up the other site and transfer the data to that site.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE only bid if you are confident in your skills and abilities I have listed the plugins, extensions and modules that I am currently using for the site below! I need the site to flow and all the extensions and modules to work in sequence and harmony. Should you require any further information please feel free to contact me, I need this to be completed as soon as possible however, I need to hire the right person so again only bid if you are 100% sure you will be able to complete.
