opencart 1.5x customized project

we are in to the process of creating a online store based on opencart with following feature, design also has to be cistomised and opencart logo has to be removed from every page and admin panel of opencart, design has to be on the base of [url removed, login to view] with same menu positioning and also how the category is displayed on same line category and menu has to display on opencart.

There has to be a specific log-in feature for the premium customers/members. After log-in they will be able to view, browse and select products which are available with exclusive offers/deal. All the employee reward etc customers will have this log-in provision. This will be the key feature

There should be a proper system of getting a tabulated data of customers visited and customers made purchases on the portal
