"PNC" to Phpnuke Evolution migration

I have a website that uses a CMS called Php Nuke Clan "PNC". This CMS is very old and no longer supported. I want to migrate to a newer CMS called "Phpnuke Evolution". The systems are similar but with with a different structure.
I need a phpnuke/mysql expert to install Phpnuke Evolution (this is the easy part) and to migrate irreplaceable information from the old database to the new Evolution system. (this is the hard part). The old database is very large!! (about 20MB) and you must migrate all the user's, news, forums, vwar information, and any other information required to make the migration seamless. No errors must be visible and the new system must work and function as it was intended.
Keep in mind that the database is very large, that some of the tables will no longer be in used, that some of the tables are useless, and that some of the blocks and modulus will be no longer compatible. This task needs to be done by someone who is familiar with the systems and has done similar projects.
