Small intro about myself- I am IT Consultant running my own business ([url removed, login to view]), I recently step into web solutions and got few projects completed, if this goes well then we could have good business with you in future too.
I need a professional website for my real-estate client; I need it to look attractive Real estate Website.
Website should have:
- IDX search (like [url removed, login to view],)
- user can upload any new listing with property picture and can run slide show\virtual tour etc. (e.g. [url removed, login to view])
- Responsive
- Creative.
- SEO Friendly.
- Compatible with all standard browsers and different sizes of screen.
Pl. research [url removed, login to view], I need all the features it has!
NOTE: I can provide you the design idea\Requirements and money that’s all.
Everything else like content, Design\development and all this search (IDX) facility etc. should have to be in my website and copyright to me
Finally i want to have full Control about my Website and i need you to show me how
IF this sounds OK to you, then you are welcome for BID.
2. in addition to this i have another website in which only IDX search need to be implemeted\integrated (all property search functionality in example site) rest whole website is ready.
As you guys are experinced ,so you better know there are many changes and modification to design multiple times from client- so that should not be the case of argument or expenses\aditional charges!
25% will the first Milestone and rest will be paid after the both Sites(1 full site and 2nd IDX integration) are completed and accepted 100%, i will share the hosting details and you need to launch it and make it live.
