Design/Format changes on my Twenty Ten themed website

I designed my website using the standard Twenty Ten Wordpress theme, and want to modify it a bit so it doesn't look like every newbie's site to people who are the least bit knowledgeable.
There are also a few "features" of Twenty Ten that I don't like, so I want to modify them on my site too.
I expect making these changes for someone who knows how shouldn't take more than a half hour.

and here are the change requests:
1. There is about 1 cm of space on top that is doing nothing - delete it.
2. The Name and subtitle of this site appears in text and takes up another 3 cm or so - delete that too.
3. My graphic was designed to fulfull the 7 cm or so height requrement of this theme of 940 ? 198 pixels. I want it 940 x 132 Pixels.
4. A different font and style for the menu would be nice
5. Similarly, the background of the menu is black, another color would be nice
6. A different font for content would be nice - nothing out of the ordinary, just nice and not standard Twenty Ten
7. Replace the current header graphic with
