SIMPLE Contact and Sales Tracking Database Program

I am looking for someone to design, start-to-finish, **a contact and sales tracking database program** that is stand-alone for a specific industry. It will need to track attributes of contacts, multiple time stamped notes about contacts individually, sales, etc. The program will also need to be able to create reports, some graphical others "text lists" that will include daily, weekly, monthly, yearly of a few parameters such as: # contacted, # listed, # sold, # pending, ect. Excel seems to simple to do what I need in a user friendly manner, and ACT is to complex.

New information since first posting:

1) Exporting contact addresses directly to Microsoft Streets and Trips is a HUGE plus. I know that exporting to .csv or other delimted file wil work, but I'm spacifiacly hoping that the data can be exported DIRECTLY into MS&T or a MS&T map file without the user having to learn the extra step of importing a delimited file.

2) I am looking at starting this project VERY soon, but not right away, after I get a worthy bid I will be taking this to my business partner to review. I will make sure that this time spent does not effect the programmers' time frame for production.

3) This is a localized database. The database must be stored on the user's computer, and there will be no need for centralized database or access to others databases. This software is intended to be for personal use.

? ? ? ? ? ? I'm looking for the complete start-to-finish development of a contact and sales tracking database program for a specific use. Excel is more than likely to simple to do what I need. Act is too complex to do what I need, and I don't want each user to have to buy a 3rd party product to work with this program. This program needs to be stand-alone, though I'll take other ideas into consideration.

? ? ? ? ? ? ? Basically the business I'm in works with small businesses. I need to be able to track each business contacted with about 15 attributes tracked for each company. Also I need the ability to add date stamped notes to each business independently.? Most attributes of each contact will be static, but a few will not [login to view URL] will need to be able to be viewed in lists by State, City, Zip, and a few other attributes.

User will need to be able to open/save/export databases so that they can have multiple users on one computer and port the information for safe backup and exportation to another computer.

I need to be able to see daily activity (such as: number of businesses approached, # contacted, # listed, # sold, etc.) I'll also need the same reports for weekly, monthly, yearly, and total. Some of these reports will need to be in graphical format, some will need to be in list formats (preferably exportable to Excel also). Some of the reports will be comparisons; example compare number of sales vs. number of contacts contacted.

Installation program that will allow users to install the program and data base on their individual computers, with no centralized database. Any database will do so long as it does not require the user to install another piece of software, or pay any company for use of that database.

Company name, Address, suite or unit number, city, state, zip, 3 phone numbers (cell, office, other), contact name, date first entered, date last updated, number of employees, plans sold, referred by

There will need to be a button with a confirmation dialog to delete a contact.
