STRICTLY. The payment will be as following
1. 1st Milestone upon confirmation. 2nd milestone after all the features work
2. Release of 1st and 2nd milestone only after 100% completion and release in my server due to so many fun bidders before

Need to have video site like as attached document.
1. Registration feature, where users can just register or using fb, twitter and google account
2. The free registered member could upgrade to paid users ( payment using Paypal ), premium payment monthly/ yearly.
3. Some videos can be viewed without registration, some videos require free member to login to view and some videos restricted to paid viewers only please refer the flow in attachment
4. The videos icon must show length of the video like shown in attachment site also note the small
5. The login required videos and the paid videos will be hosted on premium videos site [url removed, login to view] they have the api i guess ( could have 10s free preview before prompting login for registered and premium videos). Please really have an idea on this. This can be only be achieved by checking the wista api here [url removed, login to view]
6. Pre roll ad support. The system must have some way for us to upload pre roll ad before the main video . Preroll add could be any length based on the preset. with option to provide link and skip button. You might have see pre roll ads in youtube videos
7. We expect fast response. Please bid only if you can respond back on the same day.
8. An internal playlist of videos to show for admin to list the videos that will be played as a live channel ( actually this live channel is list of videos that being played from the playlist )
9. The Popular Videos are the ones popular for the past 30 days only
10. Could be done using wordpress or Drupal
