Hi Bidders,

I am looking for an exceptional Joomla expert to create a component that works with Virtuemart. We already have the site built and designed and we only need to develop the component.

## Deliverables

This component will have 3 parts:

1. A front end where the "Writer" can submit their work and pay for the service. They choose a category in which their work fall (children, fiction, science...). They can add unlimited work under any category.

2. An area where "reviewers" can see the submitted work, choose the ones they are best suited to review and post a report on the chosen work. We envisage this report will be templated in order to achieve a consistent look and feel across all reports regardless of the "reviewer".

3. An administrative back end where a "moderator" can quality check the reports before releasing them back to the "writer". This section would also be used to track works that have been posted that have not been assigned after a period of time, as well as which "reviewers" are currently reviewing which work. We would also like to be able to rate the "reviewers" so that over time a profile of the best reviewers would be available to the moderator.

This is how we would like it to work:

Front end:

* User visits the site,

* User starts the submission process by choosing a genre

<!-- -->

* Item gets added to a shopping cart and then continues to the next step

* User provides relevant contact details and agrees to the terms of service. At this point there is an "opt out" tick box for "writers" who do not want their works published on the live site.

* User is then asked to upload their work - currently this is done via 2 text input boxes, one for an intro and one for the full work (both are limited to a set number of characters)

* User is then moved to payment screen

* User pays via paypal (Additional payment processors may be required at a later date) and is returned to a thank you page on the site. This page will include order ID and other information about timelines for return of their report etc. A unique identifier will need to follow the piece of work all the way through the system so it can be matched to the "writer" at the end of the process for return of their report.

**Reviewers section**

The "reviewers" will have a login to the component that will show them a list of available pieces of work which can be broken down and sorted by Genre. The "reviewer" will choose which pieces of work they would like to review and this then assigns the work to them and removes it from the list of available work to other reviewers (we don't want 2 reviewers choosing to review the same piece of work)

We also would like to restrict the number of active works to one per reviewer at any one time (in other words, they would have to file their report before being able to check out the next piece of work)

The reviewer will have the option to print the work (for reading purposes) but the reviewer will produce the report on the piece of work through a series of input boxes in the component that will answer various questions about the work like, strength of plot, character assessment, flow and a summary of the overall potential of the work being published.

Once completed, the report will be stored in a section awaiting its quality check by a "Moderator" before being returned to the "writer" preferably as an attached PDF to an email - this PDF would be formatted to include "Budding Writer's" branding (keep it simple - header and / or footer with a background image).
