Simple Flash Program with XML

We would like somebody to do a very little and simple program within the Flash.
- It needs to read one XML file which defined format
- The flash needs to show a series of Image + Sound FIle + Text on 0.8 second per each slide
- There is no need to consider any transition between the slide change
- It should run at FULL SCREEN MODE
- All the necessary files can be preload when start the flash, but once the flash start the slide show, it should keep on to display on 0.8 second per slide till end
- When the slide end, it need to update the database as that training course finish
- No need to cater the design within the flash
- For those text, the flash needs to support to random the FONT, COLOR and SIZE
- We might still have some requirement change on this little flash program, but it is more or less as it is now
