PHP / Google Ads API Connection

I need to connect to the Google Ads API, using the REST protocol in JSON format using PHP 7.4. This is a fairly small project, as I need a working example on how to set this up including authentication with OAUTH2, and making requests to Google Ads. I am currently using the Google Adwords API that will be removed soon, and want to simplify code since only a few things are used in the API.

Requirements include:

1. Not using the client library / SDK, and making direct requests. I do not mind procedural code unless it makes sense to use OOP.

2: Connecting to Google Ads via OAUTH2. Must be able to store the access and refresh token and client ID in a database. The access token will need to be refreshed if it is expired. You do not need to set the database up. Basically I will need these loaded as variables, not as constants. The redirect URI will be where the access and refresh tokens are captured.

3. Provide 3 examples of code that shows the request and response. I will need examples on how to make GET calls (getting a list of campaigns), MUTATE requests (pause a campaign) and SEARCH for reports such as keyword performance.
