hello I am looking for a Pro and Budget-Friendly Fullstack Developer
I have 2 Different APPs Flutter/Android which requires small Modifications for now
I am looking for someone who understands my brief correctly, is quick in response and getting the task done, and having a wide knowledge of 3rd Party Api Linkings, Advance automation, social media analytics integration, ads managing integrations, payment handling, and much more complicated stuff

okay all this above information is for the big project which will be having Web + Android + IOS Completely new Platform
but for this one, I need you to solve 2 apps small customizations alone
1. Flutter app
a) Need to Limit the App to allow booking in certain Area only
this will be filtered and be controlled from Backend Which is in PHP CI
So the task will be to add this Control option in the PHP CI and make sure the Flutter app is affected with this control, when not in that pin codes areas then should add a screen in the flutter app telling "Not Delivering in this area"
b) Need an Alert in Email and admin dashboard When Stock is Under a certain value this also should be in the PHP CI Admin panel and the Low Stock Value Limit should be Changeable
2. Android APP
a) Lot of empty POP up screens Coming frequently should remove those empty and unnecessary popups
b) Should Remove Skip Option from the Login Screen, the user should see the app only after login
c) Header Sliders only 3 coming, should have no limit and order should be fixed and not changing when reloading
d) Should remove 1 Block from Home Screen and Add a New "View All " List in home screen itself with infinite Scroll
