Hi, Looking at setting up a booking system for a wedding dress store that works as close as possible to the following :
1. User enters wedding date - if less than 12 months a generic message comes up
2. Choose location from 3 cities
3. Choose date on calendar within next 2 - 4 weeks only
Here is one tricky part that would be ideal - to avoid spreading out bookings all day with many hours in between bookings, they want available times to only show up next to times that allready have a booking.
So if the day has no bookings for that location so far, the only available time to show up could be 12:00 . Once 12:00 is booked then the available times would be 11:00 and 1:00 (assuming 1 hour bookings), and it goes like that. Does that make sense ?
4. The client enters other details such as :
Location, Phone, Dresses they would like to try, etc and number of guests they are bringing
5 . They make payment within the system
6. Confirmation email
7. Auto Reminder email / sms 48 hours before appointment time.
If something like this could be created then that would be ideal and could pay a good amount of $ for this (happy to negotiate). I know this is a lot to try and get in one system and looking through all the available systems out there is a lot of work. And could use whatever system that you know of that could do this or as close as possible.
