I have a spreadsheet (excel) listing journal volume number, year, page number, author, and journal title, and topic area. and I want to use this to create a standard table of contents for the journal on the journal website. The job would be to create an appropriate mySQL database, and also to allow updates from future spreadsheets, and a Web-based form to be able to correct journal entries. Ultimately we have 3 different journals that this tool could be used for.
