2. Create web interface for user to upload an Excel or CSV file with header row containing the above fields.
2.a. The interface must show a preview to the user in a table view of all the data imported from the file
2.b. The interface must provide the capability to edit the data - specifically delete rows. A single "delete" icon on the first column for each row
2.c The interface must provide a button to cancel the operation or complete the operation
3. Upon user clicking the complete button in step 2, the data must be securely sent to a server. Server side code (to be written in php) must receive this data and insert the data into the table describe in step #1.
3.a Fields must be validated – names should only contain alpha characters, IDs should only contain numeric characters. Check input for buffer overflow, deliberate SQL injection.
3.b Note that, the excel, CSV that is uploaded may not have all the fields in the table. The fields marked mandatory (*) must be checked for existence in the uploaded file. However, the other fields must be set to default values if they do not exist
3.c Gracefully, handle errors and give user maximum information (not internal error codes but logical english statement describing the error)
4. Create a single page C/R/U/D interface for the data in the table. This should show the data in a table view.
4.a Create a "plus" button at the top right of the table that will allow to insert a row. A overlay screen must be shown for the user input.
4.b Create a "delete"/"edit" button for each row (on the first column, just like step #2) to delete the entire row or edit the fields.
4.c Send the data to server where server side code will do data validation and appropriately update the table.
4.d Gracefully, handle errors and give user maximum information (not internal error codes but logical english statement describing the error)
5. The pages must be designed to work on IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, on PCs for various screen sizes (HD Apple thunderbird display to 11.1" screens). The design must also work on tablets (ipad, android tablets which have screen sizes between 7-10") on Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

2) Highly desired to use bootstrap 3.0 for HTML,CSS design of the web pages
3) Highly desired to use jquery tablesorter for the table view
